Určite sa Vám už stalo, že ste sa stretli na vašich chodidlách s hrubou kožou. Niekedy ak sa táto situácia nerieši, nastáva, že zhrubnutá koža praská. Postihnuté miesta začínajú bolieť a často aj krvácajú. Ak si na takéto chodidlo nasadzujete ponožku, je to akoby ste hladili neohobľovanú dosku. Dosť nepríjemný pocit aj zvuk... Pamätám si ako som raz jedného muža videl si túto zhrubnutú kožu na päte odrezávať žiletkou...

Všimol som si, že ľudia to často neriešia, berú to ako fakt. Raz to tak je a inak to už nebude... Samozrejme, mal som s týmto svoju skúsenosť aj ja. Päty som mal hrubé, popraskané a keď som chodil, občas to poriadne bolelo. Tiež som si odlupoval kožu a trhal ju po kúskoch. Našťastie mám toto obdobie za sebou. Až keď som začal pracovať na sebe a vytvoril si bližší vzťah k sebe- situácia sa menila. Pretože keď človek na sebe nepracuje, veľa vecí ho nezaujíma. A to, čo sa deje jemu samotnému, pokladá buď za náhodu, nešťastnú náhodu, alebo viní za to druhého.

 

 

Čo sa skrýva za zhrubnutou kožou?

 

Keďže všetko má svoju príčinu, aj tu sa môžeme na to pozrieť. Podľa mňa daný človek chce niečo skryť, chce sa pred svetom obrniť a chrániť. Má pocit, že svet je nebezpečné miesto a ľudia, alebo niečo iné mu môže ublížiť. Hrubou kožou si tak vytvára pomyslený pancier. Čo si o tom myslíte Vy?

 

Prirodzene, ak zmeníme naše postoje, zmení sa i naše telo. Ako som zmenil moje postoje a začal som sa o seba viac starať, koža na pätách bola v poriadku. Už nikdy neprerástla do štádia, že by som ju musel lúpať ako pomaranč...

 

Koža na chodidlách samozrejme hrubne aj z fyziologického hľadiska. Je to normálne. No normálne už nie je- ak je priveľa zhrubnutá, krváca a každý krok bolí... Ako nájsť riešenie?

Cez uterák si ich môžete aj silnejšie postláčať. Zoberte si potom kvalitný olivový, kokosový, či môj ľubovníkový olej a premasírujte si ním chodidlá. Olej je dôležitý, pretože zabraňuje vysúšaniu pokožky a vyživuje ju. A navyše tieto oleje sú prírodné. Kľudne ich môžete aj jesť.

Túto procedúru opakujte vždy, podľa potreby. Preventívne  raz za 14. dní, no pri liečbe aj častejšie... Ak máte doma lunárny kalendár, tak si päty obrusujte vždy keď mesiac ubúda. Pri dorastajúcom mesiaci obrúsená koža rýchlo- až dvojnásobne pribúda naspäť!
